The Opportunity: As an Hourly Team Member, you'll play a vital role in our production process. Depending on the role, you might operate machinery, maintain equipment, inspect and package products, route and confirm shipments, or support day-to-day administrative tasks. Whatever your position, your work helps us meet team goals safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during production
• Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards
• Perform routine checks and tests to ensure products meet specifications
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with teammates to keep work moving smoothly
• For maintenance-track roles: perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and document repairs
• Assist with inventory of supplies and tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus, not a must)
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
• Basic computer, mechanical, or electrical aptitude (role-dependent)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, plus overtime and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently (production and maintenance roles)
• Standing, bending, and working in confined spaces for extended periods
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and guidelines

Shifts Available:

Openings on 1st (6AM-2:30PM), 2nd (2PM-10:30PM, and 3rd shift (4-Ten Hour Shifts 8PM-6:30AM). Shift schedules and start times vary by department and will be discussed during the interview process.
